Eligibility to participate.

Rules states the following criteria: “Territory” means any US state (including the District of Columbia), or province where the laws of the United States or local law do not prohibit participating or receiving a prize in the Hackathon.

Does that means some one from country like INDIA can also participate since our country and US laws never prohibit from participating and receiving a prize.

    Hi! Unfortunately this hackathon is only open to US residents. The territory means any US state where the STATE allows for people to compete and win prizes!
